This popular hiking trail takes you into the Edmund RainForest and the interior of the island. “En Bas Saut” means under the waterfall, so expect some fantastic scenery along the way. Look out for the Saint Lucian Parrot, which is quite rare, and after a 40-50 minute hike, you will reach the waterfall. Take a swim here, because if you leave without doing so, you will always wish you had.
