Yhasmine is a native of Saint Lucia and has grown with Sunswept Resorts where she gained most of her experience within the Hospitality Industry. Yhasmine gained her degree in Hospitality Management from UWI and worked in various positions within the industry. She is an Affiliate Member of the Cornell Hotel Society, after having undertaken the General Managers’ Program at the renowned Cornell University in Ithaca, NY. In November 2015 she celebrated her 10 year anniversary with Rendezvous following 3 ½ years spent in Front of House Management with the BodyHoliday. Her approach to management is very hands on. Having moved up the ranks she keeps close communication and operational ties with the team yielding great team morale and strong overall results. During her time at the helm, she has overseen two major resort refurbishments to general public areas and rooms and more recently, the construction of new facilities to help with the development of the resort from 4 – 5 star status.
