Saint Lucia is located in the Windward Islands towards the southern end of the Caribbean chain and blessed with the cooling Trade winds in the winter months. There are two airports here – Hewanorra International (UVF) and the regional airport, George Charles (SLU).
Saint Lucia is well served by air from the USA, Canada and the UK, throughout the year. Virgin Atlantic and British Airways fly a regular direct service from Gatwick, non-stop with a flight time of around 8 hours. From the USA, Delta fly direct from Atlanta and New York, Jet Blue from Boston and New York, United from Chicago, US AIR from Philadelphia and Charlotte and American from Miami, with countless connections from other cities.
From Toronto, both Air Canada and Westjet fly year round regular non-stop services.
