We recommend that all treatments are booked in advance to avoid disappointment.

We recommend that you visit us at least 15 minutes prior to your treatment time to allow yourself to change into a robe and slippers, enjoy the facilities and for us to confirm your requirements. Please be aware that late arrivals may mean your treatment time is reduced or unable to be honoured.

Our spa environment is one of tranquility and relaxation. Please respect all guests’ right to privacy and serenity. Mobile phones must be switched off at all times and smoking is not permitted within The Spa in the Water Garden. If you are unhappy with any aspect of your spa experience, please tell us straight away so we may try and rectify it for you.

For your comfort, we will provide you with a robe and slippers, and a personal locker to use throughout your visit. For certain treatments we supply disposable underwear, if you prefer you may keep your own underwear or dry swimwear on. Towels are available for your use in the changing rooms.

Although we do supply each guest with a private locker, the Spa/Resort cannot assume any liability for anything lost on the premises. Please leave any valuables and jewelry in the safe of your room.

Please shower before all treatments. Male guests are advised to shave 3 hours prior to a facial. If you are sunburnt, please seek the advice of a therapist.

Please be advised that some treatments and experiences may be contra-indicated. This will be discussed during your consultation. If you are taking medications, are post operative, pregnant or have a medical condition, it is advisable that you consult your doctor before embarking on any treatment or programme.

Certain medical conditions may preclude you from having some of the treatments.

Cancellation within 24 hours of scheduled treatment will incur a 100% charge. Prices are subject to change without notice.
