Whether it’s breakfast, lunch, or dinner, be it on a comfy picnic rug, a lavish table at the water’s edge, or even in the comfort of your bed, the decision is yours to make.

You can choose a setting that suits your mood. An oriental or tropical gardens backdrop are popular as is a driftwood “by the seaside” theme.

Imagine inviting a few friends that you have made at StolenTime to Lunch, Sand and Sea. The table and chairs are placed on the water’s edge, then a delicious lunch is served.

Maybe dining under the glittering stars, by the soothing sound of the shoreline lapping the beach, or amongst the tropical canopy of the enchanted garden, by the side of the relaxing Lazy River or even on your private balcony. Our promise to you is to ensure that whatever your dream, it turns into something unforgettable.

The special experiences team can guide you in creating the perfect menu with wines to match. For an even more immersive experience, you can choose to accompany Chef to the local market to handpick some of your ingredients.

Together, we can explore ideas for cocktails along with creating the right ambiance with ideal lighting, music and decor. However you visualize your ideal scene, we are here to turn your imagination into reality.

Our dedicated team is enthusiastically waiting to design a dream-like ambiance for you and your traveling companion or companions, tailoring everything to your exact preferences. While you spend time enjoying the resort or exploring Saint Lucia, we meticulously create an atmosphere based on your preferred style and mood.


From aromatic candles radiating a soothing glow, delicate flower petals scattered on your bed to fine-tuned candlelight settings – we’ve got it all laid out to pamper you. Plan an enchanting evening with your partner, or a delightful gathering with your friends and family, complete with chilled Prosecco and sumptuous chocolate truffles, for memories that last a lifetime.

Breakfast in Bed

This might sound crazy but the original idea actually came from some guests. So we are clear, this is not room service It’s more correct to call it beach service. Literally we place a four poster bed on the beach and there we serve you breakfast.

Wine 101 & Wine Flights

This is definitely the kind of activity that might seem appropriate when on holiday. When you have the time to indulge your curiosity about the finer points of wine.
Our Sommelier usually leads these events in one of two venues. Perhaps it might be the Champagne Bar and other times at the upper boardwalk and gazebo.


You are welcome to join in and hopefully you’ll emerge with new found knowledge that you can amuse dinner guests with back home.

Champagne Cruise

Taking a Sunset Cruise in the Caribbean is simply a must do experience. These usually run for 2-3 hours, leaving the dock an hour before sunset and sailing out to sea from Castries harbour.
With a bottle of good quality chilled Champagne you have it made. We feature Moet & Chandon Ice Imperial, the first champagne designed especially for the Caribbean to enjoy on ice. Enjoy this very authentic Saint Lucian experience and turn these moments into memories!

Farm to Table

Taking a trip accompanied by one of the chefs will provide a truly immersive experience. The idea is that
you create a private dining experience but once the menu is agreed, you get taken to the Castries Food Market to buy produce as ingredients for your menu.


Get stuck into the back and forth market banter and horse trading. You might pick up a few words of Creole along the way.

Mixology

Part of the StolenTime inclusive experience is when we allow our cocktail barmen (or mixologists) to share some of their recipes
and techniques with you. You will probably spend lots of time laughing since this is great fun and who knows; the cocktail you make might be the one you drink and fingers crossed will not contain too many measures of any one single ingredient!

Cooking Classes

One of the most popular experiences with guests, that over time has developed into working with only local recipes.
Saint Lucia is not France, we’ll grant you, but some of the Creole dishes are uber tasty. Just think, when you next arrange a dinner for friends back home, you could surprise them with a menu comprised of delicious West Indian dishes.

Saint Lucian Picnic

One day during your stay, ask us to arrange one a Saint Lucian picnic for you. Probably the best timing is to have the picnic as a late lunch.
Imagine; a rug laid on the sandy beach not far from the water’s edge. A traditionally made cane hamper filled with goodies, some red or white wine, cold beers, fruits, cheeses, homebaked breads, proscuittio, quiches and cold cuts or whatever you ask us to pack!

Bubbles & Sand

You could ditch the Food hamper and keep it simple. Ask for “Bubbles and Sand” and relax, still on the rug, but just with a chilled bottle of Moet et Chandon ICE Imperial.
