This is your opportunity for a little local immersion, experiencing authentic Saint Lucia. Setting the scene, you first check out the markets in Castries, giving you a sense of this island’s colourful nature. Then get a glimpse of St Lucia’s biodiversity at one of the life Nature Parks, with a complex micro eco-system of fantastic bird species, butterflies, insects, trees, plants, herbs and fruits. Next will be “Kaye Pye”, a traditional Amerindian hut, authentically preserved with the primitive tools, utensils and fireplace our Antillean forefathers used centuries ago.

Leaving the forest, lunch is prepared at Ma Anthony’s, consisting of Creole finger food from the coal pot. There are more surprises in store, but you’ll just have to wait and see.
