What kind of golf attire is required?

Appropriate golfing attire is required. You may wear either shorts or trousers and polo shirts or shirts with collars. Proper golf shoes are also required. Golf shoes should have soft spikes or clubs (metal ones are not allowed) and golf sneakers/ trainers are allowed.

What golf equipment do I need and can equipment be hired if necessary?

Golf clubs, balls and shoes, which can all be rented at the Golf course. The costs include: Golf Clubs US$20 for 9 or 18 holes. Shoe rental US$10 for 9 or 18 holes.

What golf equipment is provided?

We provide balls and clubs for use on property in the Golf Clinic. All other equipment can be rented at the course.

Is golf included in the cost of the holiday?

Golf is not included in the cost of your holiday package but you can make use of the facilities of the 18 hole Golf Course at a cost of US$145.00. This includes green fees, cart rental and transportation to and from the course.

At St Lucia all inclusive resort Rendezvous however, we do provide the services of an experienced Golf Pro who will help you to improve your swing on the putting green on property.

Where is the golf course?

The St. Lucia Golf Course and Country Club is just twenty minutes away in the Cap Estate Area.

Are there racquets available if we want to play Tennis?

We provide tennis racquets and balls at no additional cost in your St Lucia activity holidays. They are stored in the Activities Office for your convenience. However, if you have a lucky racquet, you are welcome to bring it along with you.

Are there tennis courts on property?

Yes! The floodlit Tennis Court features a luxurious green playing surface, regarded by many as the finest synthetic grass tennis surface available. Our Tennis Pro will be delighted to help you work on your form and even challenge you to a match once you are up to it!

During what times can I wind surf?

You can go windsurfing 9:30 am – 4:30 pm, once prevailing conditions permit.

How strong is the wind?

St Lucia wind has a speed around 10-20 m.p.h.

Can I book these activities before I arrive at Rendezvous?

There is no need to book your St. Lucia holiday activities in advance, as they are open to everybody.

What type of sailing equipment is there at the resort?

Aqua Fin and Hobie Cat Sail boats.

What brand of waterskis do you have?

We have O’Brien, and Connelly combo and slalom skis. We also have a kneeboard and a wakeboard.

What type of engine does the boat have for water skiing?

Yamaha 150 hp

Do I have to book any water sports?

It is not necessary to book your water sports as daily activities are provided.

Are motorised water sports included?

All water sports are included in your Caribbean romantic holiday. We offer water-skiing; wake boarding, knee boarding and tubing. Non-motorised water sports including windsurfing, sailing, kayaking and pedalos are also included. Lessons and instruction are available at an added cost of US$50 on a daily basis from our qualified water sports team.

How safe it is to swim in the sea?

Rendezvous boasts of one of the best and safest beaches on the island.

What is the temperature of the water?

The water temperature ranges from 75 to 90 degrees Fahrenheit, 27 to 32 degrees Celsius throughout the year.

What other activities/classes are available?

Apart from the water sports and scuba diving activities our Activities Team co-ordinate a wide range of land sports, which include ALL LESSONS i.e. Golf (Introduction and Intermediate), Beach Volleyball, Archery (Introduction and Intermediate), Tennis (Introduction and Intermediate).
