Can we bring our own wedding music?

We do provide a selection of recorded music that is included in the FREE wedding offer, as well as fabulous optional extras such as a live Steel Band or a Guitarist but you’re welcome to bring along your own wedding music.

Who performs the ceremony at the destination weddings at your resort?

A marriage officer, appointed by the Government of St. Lucia.

What do you do if I schedule an outside ceremony and reception — and it rains?

We do offer alternative indoor locations and you can also choose to postpone the wedding to another date or time.

What types of flowers are available locally? Is there a florist onsite?

Ginger lilies, Anthurium lilies, Orchids, Birds of Paradise (imported flowers can be requested but in advance). We do have a florist on the property.

Is there a private terrace or outdoor area where we can hold a rehearsal dinner?

Yes, the Board Walk Rotund, Pool Deck, and Beach location.

How do I go about purchasing gifts without having to call the hotel directly?

You can purchase gifts for friends, family or loved ones by forwarding us your requests with billing information via email at weddings@stolentime.com or calling us at (758) 457 7900.

Can I purchase a gift for a guest getting married or honeymooning at the hotel?

Yes, we have quite an extensive Gift List with something that will suit everyone’s preference.

What do honeymooners receive?

Honeymooners receive a bottle of chilled Champagne.

Can we get married on the beach in the sand?

You may choose to be married anywhere on the property including the lush tropical gardens or the beach, as long as it is on dry land.

What do wedding couples receive?

StolenTime by Rendezvous’ St Lucia wedding package is second to none. Once you’ve brought along all the required documents, the rest will be taken care of to your heart’s desire.

When do we meet the wedding coordinator?

On arrival, you will receive a package from the wedding coordinator that includes an appointment with a date and time to meet.

Is there someone available to iron my dress or tux?

Yes, our housekeeping staff provide this service.

How long do I have to be on the island before I can get married?

Couples are required by law to be on the island for 3 working days (not including your arrival day) before they get married.

Does the wedding result in a legal marriage that is recognised in my state and country?

Yes, the marriage is a legally binding marriage. You may register your marriage at your local courthouse by presenting your marriage certificate.
