Ingredients

For the Mustard Dressing:

  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method:

  1. Prepare the Vegetables for the Spring Rolls:
    • Thinly slice the bell pepper, onion, and cabbage. Julienne the carrots into thin
      strips. Season the vegetables with salt and pepper to taste.
  1. Prepare the Spring Roll Filling:
    • Soften the spring roll skins by dipping them briefly in warm water. Lay the softened skins flat on a clean surface.
    • Add a handful of the prepared vegetables to each spring roll skin, placing them in the center.
